Everton's manager David Moyes is in need of a top scorer, as Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Beto have combined for only 11 goals this season. West Ham has relied on Evan Ferguson, who hasn't met expectations, Danny Ings, who is leaving, and Niclas Fullkrug, who scored only 3 goals last season. With Mitrovic available for around £40m, he could be the missing piece for one of these teams to become a European contender.
Mitrovic moved to Saudi Arabia's Al Hilal in 2023 for £50m. If Al Hilal wants to spend big this summer, they may be forced to sell some of their key players. The 30-year-old Mitrovic has shown his ability to score in the English top flight, netting 14 goals in his last full season. He could be the difference-maker for either Everton, West Ham, or Manchester United next season.
